Job summary

Wilshire Advisors LLC is seeking a Sr. Analyst for the Trade Operations team to manage the full trade lifecycle, including setup, settlement, reconciliation, and compliance. You will maintain trading systems and models, and onboard brokers and custodians.

The role requires familiarity with OMS, fund accounting systems, and Bloomberg/Morningstar, with strong Excel macros encouraged. The position supports a hybrid work model out of the Santa Monica or Pittsburgh office, offering a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or relevant field of study.
• 0-2 years of industry experience; trading or trade operations capacity highly preferred
• Familiarity with trade order management or fund accounting systems preferred
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Morning Star and industry relevant systems preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills; ability to write macros preferred
• Knowledge of cash, equity and fixed income asset classes; derivatives preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; experience with security valuation modeling preferred
• Positive attitude and motivation, good organization, punctuality and attention to detail
• Team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Interest in leveraging approved AI-enabled tools to streamline work processes, enhance productivity, and support high-quality outputs, while applying sound judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to firm policies.
