The role requires 3–5 years in trade marketing or sales enablement, familiarity with MS 365, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ progressive experience in trade marketing or sales enablement.
• Experience managing trade shows or large‑scale events from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Equip the sales team and channel partners with tools, training, and programs to sell more, faster.
• Lead sales training for all product launches.
• Enable customer training and education for dealers, jobbers, and installers.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end trade show and event management, including ROI reporting.
• Manage industry memberships and association relationships.
• Design and launch tiered sell‑through programs matching spend to partner value.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify enablement gaps and prioritize tools and training.
• Support channel programs and customer initiatives to strengthen dealer relationships.
• Assist with launches through kits, content, and channel‑ready assets.
