Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize client collateral and monitor its movement.
• Respond to margin settlement requests, verify against exposures, and coordinate asset transfers.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Prime Brokerage Margin Service offering.
• Prevent deficits in client payments and address counterparty issues.
• Maintain process controls and document procedures; escalate significant issues.
• Support reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and assist with reporting and root cause analysis.
• Handle ad hoc investigations, audits, and management requests.
• Review processes regularly and implement performance improvements.
• Participate in strategic STP initiatives and manage complex change requests.
• Ensure compliance with control requirements and training standards.
