You\'ll oversee journeyman and apprentice teammates, manage takeoffs, material requisitions, and provide troubleshooting to keep projects moving smoothly and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level Sheet Metal or HVAC experience in commercial, industrial, or multi-family construction.
• Ability to perform layout, takeoffs, requisitions, troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and startup support.
• Commitment to safety, quality craftsmanship, and accountability.
• Ability to support crew productivity and lead apprentice installers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Journeyman and Apprentice-level Sheet Metal teammates.
• Complete sheet metal and HVAC construction, installation, finishing, improvement, and related tasks.
• Perform layout activities, material takeoffs, and prepare trade-related material, tool, and equipment requisitions to ensure schedules and deadlines are met.
• Perform quality control inspections to verify work meets project and company standards.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and diagnostics when needed.

Trade Foreman play a critical role in bringing RK's sheet metal and HVAC projects from start to finish. From construction and installation to finishing, repair, startup, and troubleshooting, your craftsmanship ensures projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

At RK Industries, you’ll provide leadership and perform the full range of Journeyman-level Sheet Metal duties on active construction sites, supporting field execution through quality workmanship, crew productivity, layout support, material planning, and trade-specific problem solving.

What You’ll Do
