Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Trading Services Analyst in Newark, DE to serve as the bridge between the front office, clients, and tech/ops partners.

You will investigate inquiries, monitor trade execution flows, and perform reconciliations within our trading platforms and systems. You will communicate solutions in person, by phone, and by email in a fast-paced environment, while supporting ongoing improvements and training for new users.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of financial industry experience required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with solid internet tech knowledge.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end trade flow support across all product channels globally.
• Monitor ongoing support needs to address changes and gaps.
• Drive continuous improvement while reducing risk across the trade path.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of inquiries.
• Address ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and front office.
• Facilitate training for new application users.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and operations on priorities and releases.
