Job summary

Frost is seeking a Trade Finance Business Development Analyst and System Liaison to drive process improvements and liaison between business units and IT. You will identify features in TFS systems, prepare operation procedures, onboard clients, and work with BI to create management reports.

The role requires 3+ years in Trade Finance, strong communication, and experience with L/C, documentary collection, and MS Office. A related bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Trade Finance with Letters of Credit and documentary collection knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related; or equivalent Trade Finance experience.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify features, changes, and functional specifications in TFS systems; liaise with stakeholders, Systems Architects, developers and testers.
• Prepare and update systems operation procedures; train TFS personnel in new features.
• Onboard new clients and maintain database within TFS parameters.
• Act as a liaison to Frost’s Business Intelligence unit for management reports.
• Assist in risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions with Project Managers.
• Ensure compliance with Frost’s procedures and International Trade Banking standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with Product Management to onboard new TFS products and improve existing ones.
• Identify and address production inefficiencies with TFS management and stakeholders.
• Implement maintenance policies for all TFS systems.
• Operate with integrity and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
