Responsibilities

• Perform post-trade processing activities, such as reconciliation and documentation.
• Deal entry in respective systems for all segments upon traders’ request.
• Update of deals and strategies in trading system.
• Perform MOPS price and other price sheet updates.
• Provide tender support for Crude desk and other benches.
• Drive projects, improvements, and best practices agenda in Dealhandling.
• Ensure financial compliance, including closing period reporting.
• Contribute to operational readiness for new business from Trade Assistance perspective.
• Provide ad hoc support as requested.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contract compliance.
• Prepare reports and analysis related to contract performance and trade activities.
• Be a backup for other Trade Assistance colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-trade processing activities, such as reconciliation and documentation
• Deal entry (term deals, in-house deals, storage deals) in respective systems for all segments upon traders’ request
• Follow up and update of deals and strategies in trading system, perform profit realization and strategy closure for Physical and Paper trades
• Perform MOPS price and other price sheet updates as requested
• Provide tender support for Crude desk and other benches if required
• Drive projects, improvements, and best practices agenda in Dealhandling
• Ensure financial compliance, including closing period reporting
• Contribute to operational readiness for new business from Trade Assistance perspective including testing and system configurations
• Provide ad hoc support and duties upon requests from traders or line manager
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contract compliance and mitigate any legal risks
• Prepare reports and analysis related to contract performance and trade activities
• Be a backup for other Trade Assistance colleagues
