JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for operating farm-type tractors, with or without towed equipment, to perform tasks related to preparing fields before planting, maintaining crops during the growing season, and conducting post-harvest operations for sugarcane and rice. Works collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve project goals while ensuring safe tractor operation near canals, traffic, and co-workers. Performs daily visual and mechanical equipment inspections.Work is performed under general supervision with limited latitude in the use of initiative.
