This position involves maintaining golf course grounds, operating various tractors and equipment, performing landscaping tasks, and ensuring safety regulations are followed. The role requires experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, and tractor operation, along with physical ability and a valid driver's license.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Operate tractors and related equipment to maintain the golf course grounds, including mowing, aerating, and slope mowing.
2. Use and maintain garden tools and perform minor equipment repairs.
3. Plan and execute planting, transplanting, watering, and trimming activities based on seasonal and project needs.
4. Perform grounds maintenance such as weeding, pruning, and watering to uphold landscaping standards.
5. Follow safety procedures for vehicle and equipment operation, including pre- and post-operation checks.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• At least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
• Shift work availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Completion of pre-employment physical and ongoing fitness assessments.
• Valid state driver's license for vehicle operation.
• Experience with gardening and tractor operation, including handling vehicles up to 26,000 pounds GVW.
