Prime, Inc. is hiring for full‑time mechanic roles at all levels. The position trains you in maintenance and repairs across a variety of equipment, with opportunities to specialize in Tractor or Trailer maintenance or rebuilds.

This role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, lifting and carrying tools, and the ability to work on nights with a rotating schedule. A valid driver’s license and a GED or high school diploma are preferred; prior experience is welcome but not required.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma or GED or mechanical experience.
• Must be able to acquire basic hand tools and a toolbox by end of training; tool program offered up to $1,500 with 2-year commitment.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair Prime's equipment.
• Use welding and cutting tools to repair or modify parts.
• Perform DOT inspections and handle heavy equipment; lift up to 100 lbs and push/pull 50 lbs.
