Job summary

Great Plains Kubota in Ardmore, OK is seeking a qualified Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of tractors and related equipment. You will use diagnostic tools, interpret schematics, and perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime for customers.

The ideal candidate has experience diagnosing engine, electrical, and hydraulic systems, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a technician in a dealership or repair shop.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Proficient in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to operate tractors and equipment with a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in tractors and agricultural equipment.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, hydraulics, and other components.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand service needs and provide technical advice.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
