Job summary

Great Plains Kubota is seeking a self-motivated Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain tractors and related equipment. You will use diagnostic tools and OEM manuals to troubleshoot engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of dealership or repair shop experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technician in a dealership or repair shop.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in tractors and agricultural equipment.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, hydraulics, and related components.
• Communicate with customers to understand service needs and provide technical advice; prepare service reports.
