Job summary

Crisdel Group, Inc. in Florida is seeking a skilled Trackhoe Operator to support heavy construction projects. You will operate a track hoe to excavate trenches, load materials, and assist crew as needed on site.

Candidates should have 3+ years of heavy construction experience, valid state driver's license, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings; OSHA 10 preferred; CDL strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in heavy construction work, with at least one year operating heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of road construction materials and processes.
• Thorough knowledge of track hoes and related equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate a track hoe to excavate trenches, pull trench boxes and grade in heavy construction operations.
• Work cooperatively with the crew to accomplish tasks.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working order.
• Participate in training to strengthen technical, safety, and other skills.
• Operate other construction equipment as required.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Mentor other workers on equipment operation and safety.
