Trackhoe/Loader Operator - TLO0525

Sanders Brothers Construction is seeking a Trackhoe/Loader Operator for their Charleston area recycling and crushing operations. With over 50 years of supporting customers across the state, Sanders Brothers values hard work, customer satisfaction, and quality service. The operator will play a vital role in supporting our ongoing operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, trackhoes/excavators, or skid steers.
2. Prepare concrete/feed crushers.
3. Operate equipment efficiently to meet production goals.
4. Perform general housekeeping and maintenance checks, reporting usage hours as required.
5. Use a shovel to move materials as needed.
6. Work in the tri-county area and in various weather conditions.
7. Maintain a clean work site and report safety concerns to management.
8. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience operating trackhoes/loaders.
2. High school diploma or GED preferred.
3. Negative drug test result prior to hire and throughout employment.
4. Ability to pass background checks.
5. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
6. Flexible availability, including overtime and weekends.
7. Ability to tolerate varying weather conditions and work environments.
8. Ability to pass required safety training.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

1. Mechanical aptitude.
2. Valid driver’s license.
