Job summary

AB Dynamics is seeking a Test Engineer to plan, execute, and document vehicle testing programs focusing on vehicle dynamics, ADAS, ESC, and automated driving technologies. The role combines hands-on testing, data analysis, and detailed reporting, working closely with customers and internal test engineers using robotic driving equipment and instrumentation systems.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 3 years of automotive testing experience, and proficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
Minimum 3 years’ experience conducting automotive testing for US FMVSS standards.
Experience creating technical reports, engineering documentation, and test summaries.
Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, handling, braking and ESC systems.
Proficiency with MATLAB or other coding language and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and document vehicle testing programs focused on dynamics and ADAS.
Analyze data to identify improvements and ensure safety and performance standards.
Prepare test plans, procedures, engineering summaries, and validation reports.
Translate technical findings into actionable conclusions and recommendations.
Maintain complete test documentation and collaborate with clients and team members.
