Job summary

Atlanta Motorsports Park is seeking on-site Track Monitoring & Safety staff to monitor track sections, communicate conditions to drivers, and respond quickly to incidents. You will assist in race event operations, pre-race briefings, and post-event cleanup in an outdoor motorsports environment.

Candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and excellent teamwork and communication skills. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned sections of the race track for hazards, debris, and incidents.
• Maintain constant visual awareness of racing activity and communicate track conditions to drivers using flags.
• Respond quickly to on-track incidents and assist in clearing debris to restore safe conditions.
• Attend pre-race safety briefings and assist with race event operations and equipment setup.
