Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a part-time Track Marshal to energize guest experiences on our indoor karting floor. You’ll welcome guests, explain safety rules, and ensure a safe, high-energy environment with fast-paced action and clean, well-maintained tracks and karts.

Ideal candidates bring guest-service or hospitality experience, thrive in a team setting, and enjoy a dynamic workplace where performance and guest satisfaction come first.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Explain racing requirements and safety guidelines to guests.
• Provide a safe racing experience for every participating guest.
• Deliver energetic guest service with a sense of urgency.
• Conscientiously maintain, repair and clean karts, track and briefing areas.
• Process guest races in the point of sale and timing systems.
• Make sure karts are running and operating properly.
• Observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Assist with guest recovery and ensure positive guest experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and co-workers.
• Be aware of facility emergency procedures.
• Perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned.
• Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
