Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Experience operating track maintenance equipment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain KHRC racing license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with moving and installing horse track railing.
• Assist with weed control and mowing as directed.
• Assist with the cleanliness of the property by picking up and disposing of trash.
• Assist with picking up and maintaining all manure pits.
• Collaborate with the Track Manager to keep the track watered and maintained.
• Assist with general maintenance on the property (e.g., painting, cleaning light fixtures and replacing light bulbs).
• Assist with upkeep of dorms and stable areas.
• Operate power washers and backpack blowers to maintain exterior surfaces.
