Embark on a career with BNSF Railway in our Engineering Department. As part of our Track Maintenance Team, you'll construct, inspect, and repair tracks and railway assets, ensuring safe and efficient railway corridors.
Position Type: Full-time (40 hours/week). Requires on-call availability, overtime, night shifts, alternating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Travel: Travel to and stay at job sites for extended periods, sometimes days or weeks, within the designated seniority region.
Training: Company-paid on-the-job and classroom training, including travel to the BNSF Training Center.
Additional Information: No relocation assistance. 60-day probationary period. Union membership with BMWE, with dues required. Seniority transfers are union-based and require approval.
