Railserve is hiring dependable, safety-focused Track Laborers for a traveling crew based in Illinois to support track construction and maintenance projects. This is a hands-on, outdoor role requiring travel to various job sites and working in physically demanding environments.

In this role you will perform track maintenance and construction tasks as part of a team, with a focus on safety, reliability, and efficient rail operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
