Ladders is seeking a Track Engineer (Nights) for remote work in the United States. The role focuses on planning, design, and field support to keep rail track systems safe and reliable across major civil projects.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during construction, inspection, and integration activities, requiring strong technical judgment and hands-on site coordination, especially for night operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in field construction, preferably in large civil or structural projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LRT systems and track design standards.
• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience on large-scale urban rail transit projects.

For our client, we are seeking a Track Engineer (Nights) to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will focus on the planning, design, and field support needed to keep rail track systems safe, reliable, and aligned with project requirements. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams during construction, inspection, and integration activities to help ensure high-quality delivery on large civil and structural infrastructure projects. The position requires strong technical judgment, hands-on site coordination, and the ability to support nighttime operations in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $103,500 - $181,100 annually
