WSP is seeking a Track Engineering Design Lead in Seattle, WA. This role offers a blend of track design leadership and oversight for transit and rail engineering, ensuring all technical deliverables meet standards.

The successful candidate will lead projects from planning to construction support, advocate multidisciplinary integration, and drive client engagement and business development across transit and rail sectors.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong knowledge of FRA, FTA, CPUC, AREMA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of track design and installation.
• Guide project delivery from planning to maintenance.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
