Job summary

Summer Set Landscaping Inc. is seeking a dependable landscape crew member to perform maintenance duties, assist with planting and irrigation tasks, and help with installation projects at residential and HOA properties.

The role requires physical work, punctuality, and the ability to follow supervisor directions. Ideal candidates may have landscaping experience, a valid driver’s license, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and company policies.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and weed removal.
• Assist with planting, pruning, mulching, and general landscape cleanup.
• Assist with irrigation installation, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Load, unload, and properly maintain landscaping tools, equipment, and materials.
• Assist with artificial turf, sod, gravel, pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape installation projects.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and according to company instructions.
• Keep work areas, vehicles, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow directions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team.
• Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or other work-related issues immediately.
• Provide professional and respectful service at customer and HOA properties.
• Arrive on time and be prepared to work each scheduled day.
