The TPR EMR Coach, under the supervision of the Market Clinical Informatics Manager and following established policies and procedures, functions as a clinical application expert. The primary responsibility is training TPR office staff to efficiently use clinical applications, including but not limited to Athena, Dragon, Medi-Mobile, and Collector. The TPR EMR Coach provides proactive, at-the-elbow support to clinic staff and conducts purposeful clinic rounding. This role involves supporting providers and staff to ensure successful integration of clinical applications into workflows, ensuring consistent and effective application use aligned with policies, procedures, and standards. The TPR EMR Coach may also create educational content to communicate and educate providers and staff. Regular feedback and suggestions are communicated to the Market Clinical Informatics Director, aiming to improve user satisfaction and support. The role requires daily commuting to the market, with up to 25% travel outside and 75% within the market. A valid MVR is required for final candidates due to travel requirements.
