Join to apply for the TPM Warehouse Associate role at PECO Pallet, Inc.

This position is responsible for performing various warehouse duties, such as sorting pallets, operating a forklift to load, unload, and receive materials, completing paperwork/data entry, and collaborating with our customer.

Essential Duties

• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming pallets.
• Sort and place materials and items according to organizational standards.
• Maintain precise records on all inventory.
• Inspect inventory for damage and/or PECO's quality specifications, and maintain records regarding pallet condition.
• Organize the warehouse space.
• Prepare orders for shipment.
• Record exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operate stock management tools, such as a forklift.
• Count stock and keep inventory records.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Graduation from an accredited high school or GED.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Understanding of machine mechanics and ability to make minor repairs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, and sort 65lb pallets repeatedly.
• Standing for long periods.
• Full range of motion for reaching, bending, and lifting.

Work Conditions

• Work is performed in a warehouse environment.
• Dust and noise associated with pallet operations.
• Exposure to inclement weather for outdoor duties.
