Job summary

Infosys Limited, a leading IT services company, seeks a Technical Program Manager (Informatica & Reltio) to drive data management initiatives within the DNA unit in the USA. You will craft requirements, designs, and testing strategies while guiding the technical implementation of new software and data platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients and internal teams, governance of coding standards, and delivery of scalable data solutions using Informatica, Reltio, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equiv. required or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
• Experience with ETL tools, data integration, and data management
• Strong programming experience in Python and SQL
• Familiarity with Informatica MD/Master Data Management and Reltio data model

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents from client workshops and interviews
• Design high- and low-level software designs and validate with prototypes
• Develop critical software applications and establish coding standards
• Create and guide comprehensive testing strategies
• Lead technical implementation of system infrastructure and new apps
• Ensure smooth system rollouts and minimize disruptions
• Analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement preventive measures
• Provide insights and collaborate with clients and internal teams
• Maintain knowledge bases for vital information
• Contribute to tool selection and development roadmaps
• Support proposals and RFPs with technical insights
