Job summary

United Property Restoration Services is seeking a TPA Production Manager to oversee restoration projects through Third-Party Administrator programs. You will coordinate field teams, carriers, and program representatives to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

In this leadership role you will manage schedules, budgets, documentation, and KPI reporting, driving customer service excellence and profitability across all TPA-driven work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years restoration industry experience.
• 3+ years leadership or management experience.
• Experience with insurance restoration and TPA networks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reconstruction activities for assigned TPA projects.
• Develop project schedules and coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily production activities to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Review job progress and production reports regularly.
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the life cycle of each claim.
• Verify all work is performed according to company standards, industry best practices, and carrier requirements.
