You will play a crucial role in evaluating insurance claims and facilitating the resolution process for clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, experience with handling auto/commercial auto liability and transportation claims, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Responsibilities: As part of your role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to: • Investigating, evaluating, and resolving commercial auto liability and transportation claims. • Thoroughly documenting investigations, evaluations, recommendations, and action plans. • Drafting professional letters, memos, and comprehensive reports. • Reviewing independent adjuster reports for accuracy and compliance. • Ensuring the continuous settlement of claims in alignment with industry best practices and adherence to all state and federal regulations. • Strategizing and taking decisive actions to achieve the best possible outcomes for each claim. • Demonstrating exceptional organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in analytical thinking, writing, negotiation, and follow-up. • Ensuring full compliance with state and federal laws, Department of Insurance criteria, and the policies and procedures for the company and clients. Qualifications: To excel in this role, the following qualifications and skills are essential: • Proficiency in comprehending and applying commercial policy terms and endorsement forms. • Capability to draft memos for review and approval by the supervisor. • Proven ability to effectively manage a full caseload within a fast-paced environment. • Outstanding organizational skills, including the maintenance of a robust diary system. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial auto and transportation claims handling. • Prior experience with TPAs is advantageous. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), ClaimCenter/Guidewire, and ImageRight. • Possession of an Adjuster License in the following states: CA, NV, AZ, WA, UT, OR, and AK, or in your own residence state. Compensation: $72,000 – $85,000 per year
