Job summary

NBCUniversal in the United States is seeking an Associate Manager, Toys to oversee Infant/Preschool Core Toys partnerships across North America. You will manage licensee relationships, approvals, and financial analysis to drive revenue within a hybrid work model.

The role requires 3+ years in category management, strong negotiation skills, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Marketing and Retail teams. Hybrid schedule with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years category management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Marketing, Product Development, and Retail Sales.
• Experience in licensing, retail, and product development landscape.
• Proficient in reviewing licensing contracts and negotiating terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead licensing partnerships in the core toys space under Sr. Manager guidance.
• Negotiate complex licensing agreements from proposal through execution.
• Support the Sr. Director with management of the construction category.
• Partner with Sr. Manager to establish new business opportunities and pitches.
• Align product line plans with brand strategies with franchise/CP teams.
• Forecast and analyze P&L, budgets, and revenue projections.
