Findlay Toyota in Spokane is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to help grow our dealership. You will learn our products, sales process, and how we deliver a great buying and ownership experience.

No prior automotive experience required; our paid training program and flexible pay plans are designed to help you ramp up quickly. The role offers growth, incentives, and a path to a long-term career in a high-demand market.

Compensation

• Commission 25% of net sales price per unit, plus additional volume bonuses range from $500-$2500 per month.
