Job summary

Bobby Rahal Toyota in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Sales Apprentice / Technology Specialist. You will help clients understand vehicle functions and technology, and celebrate with a photo sent by email or text. When not assisting clients, you’ll support Sales tasks like cleaning showroom cars and photographing inventory for the website.

The role offers on‑the‑job training and growth into additional Sales roles within Team Rahal, with a focus on integrity and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Interest in growing within the Sales department (Sales Consultant, F&I Consultant, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Explain all functions and technology of the new vehicle to clients, and photograph the client beside their vehicle to celebrate the moment, sending it via email or text.
• Assist the Sales department with tasks such as wiping down showroom cars and taking photos of inventory for the website.
• This position offers opportunities to grow into other roles within the Sales department.

Schedule: Includes working some evenings and every Saturday; you will have a designated day off during the week and the dealership is closed on Sunday

Hourly Rate of Pay: $18.00

What You'll Do

In this position, your primary role is to make sure our clients understand all the functions and technology of their new vehicle. You take a photo of the client beside their vehicle to celebrate the happy occasion and send it to them via email or text. When you aren't assisting clients, you help the Sales department with various tasks like wiping down showroom cars or taking photos of inventory vehicles for our website. This position offers a great opportunity to grow into other roles within the Sales department.
