Job summary

Bobby Rahal Toyota in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Sales Apprentice / Technology Specialist to help clients understand all functions and technology of their new vehicle. You’ll take a photo with customers beside their vehicle and share it via email or text.

When not assisting clients, you’ll support the Sales department with showroom tasks and photography of inventory. Training and advancement across Team Rahal are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and a friendly, team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to grow within the Sales department (e.g., Sales Consultant, F&I).

Responsibilities

• Explain vehicle features and technology to clients and celebrate by taking a photo with the client beside their vehicle.
• Assist the Sales department with showroom tasks, including wiping down cars and photographing inventory.
• Support daily operations and learn multiple roles within the Sales team.
• Pursue advancement opportunities across Team Rahal as you gain experience.

Schedule: Includes working some evenings and every Saturday; you will have a designated day off during the week and the dealership is closed on Sunday

Hourly Rate of Pay: $18.00

What You'll Do

In this position, your primary role is to make sure our clients understand all the functions and technology of their new vehicle. You take a photo of the client beside their vehicle to celebrate the happy occasion and send it to them via email or text. When you aren't assisting clients, you help the Sales department with various tasks like wiping down showroom cars or taking photos of inventory vehicles for our website. This position offers a great opportunity to grow into other roles within the Sales department.
