Job summary

Norm Reeves Toyota in San Diego, CA is seeking a reliable Parts Driver to deliver and pick up parts and equipment for the dealership. This full-time, on-site position offers an hourly pay of $18.50 and a straightforward Monday–Friday schedule.

You’ll play a key role in keeping the parts department running smoothly and ensuring guests receive prompt service. You’ll safely drive company vehicles, maintain logs and inventories, and assist the service team as needed.

• Full-time availability required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a company vehicle to complete tasks on time.
• Pickup, deliver and unload supplies and parts from stores and dealerships.
• Keep organized records of invoices and daily deliveries; obtain signatures as needed.
• Maintain inventory organization and replenish as required.
• Notify parts manager of logistics issues or major vehicle repairs.
• Assist service department with drop-off/pick-up of guests’ cars.

As a Parts Driver, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Toyota. You’re responsible for delivering and picking up parts and equipment for the dealership in a friendly, safe and efficient manner.

Your work will ensure guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Toyota experience. This role is a great entry point to Norm Reeves for an excellent driver who thrives on providing an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Safely drive a company vehicle to complete timely tasks
• Pickup, deliver and unload supplies and parts from auto parts stores and other dealerships
• Keep organized and detailed records of invoices, log daily deliveries, and request signatures as needed
• Keep inventory organized and replenished at all times
• Notify the parts manager of logistics issues and if delivery vehicle needs major repairs
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and routine maintenance, like filling gas and checking oil
• Assist the service department with other duties, like managing the drop off and pick up of guests’ cars

What You’ll Need
