Qualifications

• Previous experience as Toyota Master Technician or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, suspension, and hybrid systems.
• Perform advanced diagnostics using Toyota factory tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Document repair procedures, findings, and recommendations clearly.
• Mentor and assist apprentice and junior technicians as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle concerns, including engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and hybrid systems
• Perform advanced diagnostics using Toyota factory scan tools and diagnostic equipment
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Perform warranty repairs according to Toyota manufacturer guidelines
• Accurately document repair procedures, findings, and recommendations
• Perform comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair recommendations and vehicle status
• Mentor and assist apprentice and junior technicians as needed
• Stay current on Toyota technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer training
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Toyota Master Technician,Master Automotive Technician, or equivalent
• Toyota certifications strongly preferred
• ASE Master Certification preferred
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills
• Experience repairing Toyota vehicles preferred
• Hybrid vehicle experience is a plus
• Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
