RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; conduct test drives.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional services needed; complete online multi-point inspection reports.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast learner with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team player and computer literate.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
