Penske Motor Group is seeking a Toyota Expert Technician for our Prosper, Texas location. This role requires diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Toyota vehicles with precision, working at an advanced level between Certified and Master Technician statuses.

The position offers extensive Toyota training, opportunities for Master certification, a comprehensive benefits package, and a friendly team environment in a busy, modern shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Toyota Expert Technician certification (or progress toward Master Technician).
• 3–5 years of professional automotive experience, Toyota/Lexus preferred.
• Completion of the Toyota T-TEN program or equivalent experience a plus.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, regulations, and basic math principles.
• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Accurately complete repair orders and document all work performed.
• Perform safety inspections, preventative maintenance, and manufacturer-recommended services.
• Follow Toyota and dealership processes and repair procedures with high attention to detail.
• Assist less-experienced technicians with complex diagnostics and repairs.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Participate in ongoing Toyota training to maintain Expert Technician status and pursue Master Technician certification.
