Toyota Certified Technician – Up to $47/Hour + Sign-On Bonus

Toyota of Westport – Westport, CT

Compensation:

• Up to $47 per hour (based on experience & certifications)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates
  • $10,000 – Toyota Certified Master Technicians
  • $5,000 – Toyota Certified Technicians (all levels below Master)

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Department to ensure seamless workflow
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
• Keep a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
• Participate in ongoing Toyota training and certification programs

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Toyota certification preferred (Master Technicians highly encouraged)
• Experience with Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Nissan, or other import brands is a strong plus
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
