Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, product design and development.
• Experience in plastics part design, injection molding manufacturing, and mechanism design.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interface with Asia office and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and engineering support for multiple toy client programs.
• Collaborate with Hong Kong team and other disciplines.
• Develop product concepts, specifications, BOMs, cost and timing.
• Review production samples for manufacturability and aesthetics.
• Issue POs and manage vendor invoices; track costs and margins.
