Isomorphic Labs is seeking a Research Leader (Toxicology) to own safety assessment strategy for specific drug discovery and development projects from inception to regulatory submission. Working with small molecules and biologics, you will drive the AI-first toxicology platform and guide safety modelling to increase success probability and reduce animal testing.

Qualificações

• PhD in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Biology, or related field, or equivalent industrial experience.
• 8+ years in senior toxicology roles within biotech/pharma.
• Proven IND package experience for small molecules and biologics.
• Deep knowledge of global regulatory guidelines for safety assessment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety assessment strategy for drug discovery and development projects from inception to regulatory submission.
• Develop and guide AI-first toxicology platforms to improve predictive safety models.
• Collaborate with discovery, clinical teams, and CROs to ensure data quality and safety impact.
• Author and defend toxicology sections of regulatory documents.
