• Documents each call per standards, and can work in multiple databases.
• Manages simple to complex cases with varying drug/toxin risks and effects.
• Interprets lab and medical data to inform patient care and recommendations.
• Performs exposure calculations and follows up on symptomatic patients as needed.
• Collaborates with medical, nursing, and pharmacy teams to ensure proper assessments and adherence to protocols.
• Participates in emergency drills and continuous learning to maintain toxicology knowledge.
