Toxic Tort & Environmental Associate Attorney

Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney for its Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience in toxic tort and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Minnesota Bar is required.

Our firm handles state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials, including Superfund multi-site litigation and multi-District Litigation. We serve a diverse client base, from multinational corporations to local businesses, including government agencies, insurance carriers, and real estate developers. Experience in toxic tort and environmental law is preferred, but we are open to talented litigators with strong skills and an interest in this field.
