Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in complex litigation, toxic tort, or environmental liability.
• JD from an accredited law school; California bar admission required.
• Experience with motions and depositions; leadership in plaintiff and expert depositions.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization and efficiency.
• Superior research and writing abilities; excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle local and national accounts across California.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload and deadlines.
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
• Review and analyze discovery requests and respond to pleadings.
• Prepare court filings and serve counsel; e-filing experience required.
• Support trial preparation and maintain accurate time records.
