Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in civil litigation (non-criminal).
• Active license to practice law in the State of Maryland.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research and case management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from intake to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct legal research and analyze cases to support strategy.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, depositions and mediations.
• Provide clients with case updates and strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy.
• Maintain compliance with Maryland court rules and deadlines.
• Handle Family Law matters with local practice sensitivity where applicable.
