Overview

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards. This includes supervising all areas such as rooms, public areas, laundry, and front/back of house. Management associates are expected to work as needed to fulfill their responsibilities, including overtime for OEM associates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel or related experience, or a 2-year degree with 3+ years of experience, or a 4-year degree with at least 1 year of experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
• Ability to interpret financial data and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly, and service-oriented interactions with guests and employees.
• Maintain attendance and grooming standards, including proper uniform and name tag.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and Aimbridge Hospitality policies.
