• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to standards
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, staff, and surroundings
• Stock rooms with essentials like soap, tissues, and glasses
• Identify and report guest-left items per hotel procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
