Responsibilities

• Inspect finished goods for quality, then package and label them accurately before they leave the line.
• Operate forklifts and hand trucks safely throughout the facility.
• Enter and track production data using custom manufacturing software.
• Perform pre-shift, mid-shift, and post-shift inspections, cleaning, and light maintenance on equipment.
• Handle hazardous chemicals safely and in compliance with procedures.
• Keep work area organized with materials, consumables, and supplies.
• Contribute to team safety initiatives and continuous improvement on the floor.

What You'll Do

• Weigh, blend, and apply multi-component epoxy resin systems to reinforcement materials following detailed work instructions
• Inspect finished goods for quality, then package and label them accurately before they leave the line
• Operate forklifts and hand trucks safely throughout the facility
• Enter and track critical production data using custom manufacturing software
• Perform pre‑shift, mid‑shift, and post‑shift inspections, cleaning, and light maintenance on your equipment
• Handle hazardous chemicals and cleaning agents safely and in compliance with established procedures
• Keep your work area organized — including raw materials, consumables, and supplies
• Contribute to team safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts on the floor

What You Bring

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
• Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen

Preferred

• Previous production or manufacturing experience
• Technical training or college coursework in a related field

Schedule & Shift

Monday through Friday, 9:40 PM to 8:10 AM

Full‑time, 40 hours per week with overtime available as needed

Pay & Compensation

$21.00 per hour

A note on the work environment: this role involves regular exposure to epoxy resin systems that may contain respiratory and contact sensitizing agents, as well as noise, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. Candidates should be comfortable working in an active industrial setting.
