Job summary

• Competent Tower Climber and Rescuer Certification; First Aid & CPR; NWSA TTT1 & TTT2 preferred
• Ability to travel and work outdoors in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Plan daily activities for crew and assign tasks as required.
• Monitor crew activities and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Install and maintain microwave equipment.
• Install and maintain mounts, platforms, antennas, RRUs, TMA, and related equipment on towers and rooftops.
• Install and test coaxial and DC power/fiber transmission lines.
• Install underground and in-building conduits for electrical/backhaul circuits.
• Test new and existing equipment (sweep, PIM, fiber).
• Install ice bridges, cable trays, racks, and platforms.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while delivering projects on time.
• Be prepared to travel and work in varied locations.

Description

Do you have experience climbing cell towers? The Cell Tower Top Hand Technician in the New Hampshire market will be responsible for the supervision and performance of various construction tasks in the areas of tower erection, coaxial cable and antenna installation, antenna mount installation, RF testing and troubleshooting. This position is for candidates with extensive experience in cellular construction. This position is based in Plaistow, NH.

What You Will Do:

What You Will Need:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cellular construction
• Basic computer skills required for equipment programing and site closeouts
• Sweep & PIM testing certifications
• Fiber testing certification
• Competent Tower Climber and Rescuer Certification (does not need to be current, Centerline will re-certify, previous experience as an instructor is a bonus)
• First Aid & CPR (Centerline will re-certify if required)
• NWSA TTT1 & TTT2 certifications preferred
• Ability to maintain a safe productive work environment.
• Excellent physical conditioning and stamina.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions; including but not limited to snow, rain and varying temperatures.
• Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
• Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Be willing to travel
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy.
