Job summary

Concordia Group's Triad Associates Inc. division is seeking experienced Tower Technicians who are eager to learn and grow within an expanding team and build a career in tower construction.

On-site roles include supporting the Antenna & Line foreman with materials, staff, tools and daily tasks, performing basic construction work, electrical tasks, antenna and fiber installs, while staying focused on safety and continuous skill development.

Qualifications

• Experience working outside in varying weather conditions.
• Some construction work experience.
• Aspiring to advance to Tower Technician Lead or higher.
• Ability to work overtime/long hours.
• Ability to climb 200-300 feet.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel out of state for 4-8 weeks at a time (travel expenses covered).

Responsibilities

• Support Antenna & Line foreman with site activities, materials, staff and day-to-day tasks.
• Ensure crew safety and compliance on the worksite.
• Learn new technologies and grow with a developing team.

• Responsible for supporting your Antenna & Line foreman to make sure he is able to account activities on the site from materials to staff to tools and day to day job functions and task fulfillment
• Responsible for the safety of your crew and for making sure safety is always
• Learn new technologies and become part of our growing team of professional staff who are striving to continue their professional and technical personal career development

Requirements:
