Job summary

Concordia Group is hiring Tower Technicians in a dynamic outdoor role in Pennsylvania. You will support foremen on site, handle materials, tools, and tasks, and participate in safety oversight while climbing towers and installing components.

The team emphasizes growth, learning, and advancing to lead positions as you gain experience in radio, antenna, and fiber optic work up to higher responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience working outside in varying weather.
• Some experience in construction work.
• Aim to grow into Tower Technician Lead or higher.
• Ability to work overtime / long hours.
• Ability to climb 200-300 feet.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel out of state 4-8 weeks at a time with travel expenses covered.

Responsibilities

• Support the Antenna & Line foreman to track site activities from materials to staff to tools.
• Ensure day-to-day job functions and task fulfillment are documented and completed.
• Promote crew safety and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Learn new technologies and grow with a developing team of professionals.

• Responsible for supporting your Antenna & Line foreman to make sure he is able to account activities on the site from materials to staff to tools and day to day job functions and task fulfillment
• Responsible for the safety of your crew and for making sure safety is always
• Learn new technologies and become part of our growing team of professional staff who are striving to continue their professional and technical personal career development

Requirements:

• Experience working outside in different inclement of weather
