Job summary

InfraServices is seeking a Tower Technician I in Minnesota to support installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless towers and related infrastructure. You will climb towers up to 500 feet and assist with antennas, radios, and transmission lines under supervision.

The role requires safety-focused work, travel to sites, and teamwork with foremen. A high school diploma or GED is required along with relevant certifications and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential duties safely and effectively.
• Experience in construction, climbing, or outdoor labor preferred.
• Authorized Climber/Competent Climber certification may be required.
• OSHA 10 Construction Training is preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Climb towers and elevated structures up to 500 feet.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of antennas, radios, and lines.
• Assemble monopoles, self-support, and guyed towers.
• Use hand and power tools to complete tasks.
• Follow safety practices including fall protection.
